TouchMix-8/16 Control is an app for iPad, iPad mini, iPhone, and iPod touch that allows wireless control of QSC TouchMix-8 and TouchMix-16 digital sound reinforcement mixers. The app is designed to function as a remote control for the mixers and does not perform audio mixing or processing tasks on its own.
When used on an iPad or iPad mini, the TouchMix Control app closely follows the operational paradigm of the mixers. It operates independently from the mixer GUI, allowing the iPad to serve as an additional user interface with its own set of functions. Alternatively, the app can be set to "Follow Mixer" mode, where it mirrors the fader selection on the physical mixer.
On the iPhone, the TouchMix Control app functions as a personal stage monitor mix control. In addition, it offers remote operation of the mixer's record and playback features, as well as programmable user buttons. The mixer operator can customize access to selected functions on a per-device basis to prevent unintended adjustments.

Requirements:
- QSC TouchMix-8 or TouchMix-16 with version 3.0 or higher firmware installed
- QSC TouchMix-8 or TouchMix-16 with supplied Wi-Fi adapter installed or connected to a network via USB-to-Ethernet adapter
- Note: It is not recommended to control a mixer with multiple iOS devices running different versions of the app
